Returns


From delivery, you have 14 days to request a return of your items  providing you meet the below criteria
  • All items must be returned to us in the same condition received,
  • All items must not be worn out on the road
  • All items must be in the original packaging.

Any items returned to us deemed to have been used, will be sent back out to you without being processed. Any items returned with the protective film removed may be deducted from any refund amount. This can include the clear & tinted visors that come as standard with the helmet.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.


Free Returns
  • We offer FREE returns up to 14 days after delivery of the item(s).
  • You can returns your item(s) FREE if you are unhappy with the design or if it does not fit correctly.
  • Our 48 Hour Fit Guarantee means returns will be processed within 48 hours of being received at our EU distribution centre.
  • The 48 hour period is counted from the end of the  business day on which the return is received.
  • Returned items should be received back to us in the condition they were delivered, unworn and in the original packaging.
  • Please ensure for any visors being returned that the protective visor film has not been removed.
  • Any items that have been customized are deemed unfit for return and will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
  • Ruroc has the authority to deny any returns which our team deems as non returnable, in this instance the goods would be returned back to the sender.
  • *Service levels may increase during peak trading periods such as Black Friday and over public holidays at our distribution centres.

Faulty / Defective Items
  • In the unlikely event of you receiving defective or faulty goods please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected].
  • Upon the confirmation of faulty / defective item(s), we will provide a return label covering the cost of the item(s).
Cancellations
  • You can cancel your order at any time up until the point it is picked for dispatched. If the item is in stock this will happen immediately.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after this time you will need to follow our return process.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of items back into our warehouse and will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
